The converter is installed in place of a standard ink cartridge at the front of the fountain pen. Operating on a syringe-like principle, it draws ink directly from a reservoir, thereby eliminating the reliance on disposable cartridges and reducing associated plastic waste.
The piston rod incorporates a space-saving folding mechanism, enabling the converter to be shortened by approximately 20% while maintaining identical ink capacity. This mini converter is fully compatible with the Kaweco Liliput and Sport ranges.
