Conklin Nozac Piston Fountain Pen - Ohio Blue

The legenday, heritage brand for fine writing, Conklin, returns with its reinvigorated design of a ageless classic - the Nozac piston filler fountain pen. Originally produced in the early 1930s the Nozac wowed the world with its patented piston filler and unique polygonal design. The modern day pen is machined to perfection from high grade resin and the barrels eight faceted sides have been diligently hand polished to create an almost iridescent sheen. The striking blue colour, aptly named Ohio Blue, is speckled with shades of white and silver and perfectly complemented by the sleek silver trims and pocket clip. A new feature of the Conklin pens is the magnetic cap which gives a secure lock closure. The fill the fountain pen you must first engage the piston filler mechanism by twisting the screw at the end of the barrel anti-clockwise. This creates suction in the body of the pen, the you simply dip the nib in your ink and then twist the screw clockwise the fill the pen.
